Decimal

The decimal data type is used for floating point numbers. The precision is 8 bytes.

Please note:

Entries in the decision tables must always use the English format for the decimal separator, with a period ("."). In the runtime system however, the setting defined in the Windows Control Panel for the input and output of dialog boxes applies, which is a comma (",") by default in the German setting.
