Preface

The software ePOS (Entscheidungstabellen-Programmiersystem - "Decision Table Programming System") enables the simple formulation of logics to describe processes, for example for configuration, for offer and text creation, for pricing (calculation), etc. ePOS consists of:

a development system for logic creation
an execution system, in which the user can run the created logics, but is not permitted to modify them

The logics are formulated in decision tables, i.e. in a table of "if-then statements", e.g. "If ShippingCountry = USA, then Voltage = 110V". The input and output of data takes place through freely defined dialogs, which are created with the ePOS Dialog Editor.
