Copying Rules, Conditions and Actions

Copying rules, conditions and actions is done in the following steps:

Mark the row(s) or column(s) which you would like to copy by left clicking on the corresponding heading, i.e., the field which contains for example "CO2", "AO5" or "RO1" - depending on what you want to copy. The corresponding row/column will then be highlighted in color.

• Open the context menu by right clicking while the mouse is in the gray area and select "Copy". Or select the

  

  ("Copy") button in the menu bar or the command "Copy" from the menu "Edit".

• The copied rows/columns are then available for the "Insert" procedure.

If you want to copy several rows/columns at the same time, just mark those rows/columns you would like to copy and then select the button.

Note: Marking several rows/columns is done by moving mouse over several rows/columns with pressed left mouse button.

Transferring information gathered here to other software programs is possible with this function too. Instead of the menu function, you can also use the hot keys (<ctrl>C / <ctrl>X / <ctrl>V).
