Parameter Assistant (Register Parameter)

Parameter Assistant (Register Parameter)

In this window, the parameter groups are displayed on the left and parameters of the respective PG of the selected compound are displayed on the right. Parameter table parameters can be found in the top PG entry "simple parameter".

After clicking on a parameter, the additional parameter information appears.

  • Designation

  • Global/Local

  • Data type

  • Initialization

The parameters can now be dragged into the ePOS decision table editor. Some fields of the dialog properties window are filled that way, for example the parameter allocation for dialog fields (see the Dialog editor).

Just like the parameters, the names of the parameter groups can also be dragged into the decision table. The name is automatically shortened so that it can directly be used in all function call ups which are given an entire parameter group, e.g. f$PGNoVal.

With indexed parameters or parameter groups, the defined maximal index appears in the assistant window. The fixed index 1 is always copied however.

Parameters can only be copied into decision tables if they are valid there (see "loaded compound" in the input assistant window). In order to display the "correct" parameter for decision table, the display can be updated in the assistant window by initially clicking in the DT and then in the assistant window.
