Renaming of groups and compounds

Groups and compounds are renamed by creating a copy under a new name and then deleting the original group / compound.

Parameter tables cannot be renamed, since they are directly associated with the compound.

All ePOS objects (groups, compounds, decision tables, parameter groups, and dialogs) can also be renamed through the context menu in the ePOS Explorer.

This function can be found in the "File" menu.
