Sorting (PT Editor)

The parameters of all parameter tables can be sorted by clicking on the heading row.

The parameters are just sorted when displayed but are actually rearranged so that this Order is also stored after saving.

When arguments of a decision table are being sorted, all calls of this decision table have to be changed (the Order of parameters does not have any special significance for all other forms of parameter tables).
