Import as new version

Import controls, that were sent per email for example, into the version control.

The element or elements in question are copied from the working directory to the database, if the element is not checked out by another user. For example, if a group arrives via email from an external editor, the group should be saved to the working directory. Then, the group can be imported into the database with one click. All affected elements in the working directory are write-protected. If elements exist in the chosen directory that are checked out, this is reported in a message box. If an element already exists in the database and has not been modified, this element is ignored.
