The ePOS Explorer

The ePOS Explorer

Exactly in the same way that the management system explorer is responsible for the management of data and files, the ePOS explorer can manage all ePOS data objects in a tree structure.

  • Opening decision tables, dialogs, parameter tables and parameter groups as well as starting the browser

  • Creating, copying and deleting groups, compounds, decision tables, dialogs, parameter tables and parameter groups

  • Renaming decision tables, dialogs and parameter groups

All these functions are available in an object specific context menu (available after pressing the right mouse button while the element is marked). Opening an object is also possible by double clicking the appropriate object.

By clicking on any element the groups and compound are automatically set as an active application. After marking a decision table, the compound release can be selected directly from the menu for this compound. The individual active application is displayed in the title bar of the management system’s main window (or in the Comboboxes of the development system’s main window, if these are active).

Unlike the ePOS input assistant, the explorer manages decision tables, dialogs, etc. as a whole, while the assistant offers support when these objects are used (called).
